Amarok Sports, the producer of AM250-m AEG magazine, is aware of recent allegations concerning our product designs. After a thorough review conducted by our legal representatives, we confirm that these claims are without merit.

In accordance with the Registered Designs Ordinance (Cap. 522), our product’s design is demonstrably distinct from the competitor’s registered design. Specific differences — including variations in surface configuration, textures, and structural features — clearly show that our design is original and does not infringe on any existing rights.

Amarok Sports. will not accept or undertake any actions that may be detrimental to our interests. Instead, we will continue to handle this matter responsibly through proper legal channels while safeguarding the integrity of our brand.
