Amarok Sports EU is operated by 20|20 Supplies B.V., Frankrijkstraat 4, 5171 PR Kaatsheuvel, The Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 77236041). 20|20 Supplies B.V. is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this policy. We process personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our data protection officer is D. Boer, reachable at derkboer@2020.supplies.
Whose data we process
We work business-to-business and sell to distributors only. We process data of contact persons at distributors, suppliers and professional organisations, and of companies that ask to become a distributor: name, business contact details, job title, and the company and licence details needed to supply regulated products.
Why we process it
- to assess distributor requests and verify licences and permits we are legally required to check;
- to process orders, deliveries, invoices, returns and warranty claims;
- to meet legal obligations, such as tax records and the registration duties for regulated products;
- to keep our distributors informed about products and brands we distribute. You can opt out at any time.
Sharing
We only share data where needed for these purposes, for example with carriers to deliver your order, manufacturers for warranty claims, our IT and software suppliers, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep data no longer than necessary for these purposes or than the law requires (for example, seven years for financial records, as Dutch tax law requires).
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw your consent, or receive your data in a portable format. Email amarok.eu@amaroksports.com. We respond as soon as possible, and within four weeks. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
